Adrian Pana, is a 49 years old Romanian, Public Health and Health Management senior consultant physician with a sound academic and professional background in epidemiology, public health, and health economics, policy and management. Currently he is working as a health consultant, being involved in several projects focused on health system governance, innovative ways of financing / costing health services, accountability and transformation, value&ndash;based health care services and their outcomes, reshaping &amp; designing new models of delivery of healthcare services, and evidence based policies for assessment of new health technologies.
His professional background consists in over 15 years of working experience for the Romanian Government at the central level also for more than 7 years of work as a consultant in international projects on the health sector. He gained this, by working as a Secretary of State as well as a management executive in several departments for the National Health Insurance House and later on for the National Institute for Health Research and Development, the Ministry of Health, and for the Health Commission at the Romanian Parliament. D&aacute;vid Dank&oacute; is founder and managing partner of Ideas &amp; Solutions (I&amp;S), an independent research and consultancy firm which provides health policy and market access advisory services to health insurance organizations and pharma and medical device companies with a focus on emerging and middle-income markets.
D&aacute;vid has 16 years of experience in health care management &amp; the funding of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Until 2010 he was member of the executive team for pharmaceutical reform in Hungary as Deputy Director of Reimbursement at the national health insurance fund. Previously he also held a position as research leader at the Corvinus University of Budapest. He speaks regularly at conferences and workshops on pharmaceutical and medical device policies, gives payer communication and negotiation trainings to multinational companies and authorities, and participates at international advisory boards.
D&aacute;vid is peer-reviewer and editorial board member of three health economics and market access journals. <div>Since the year 2004, the above named works as the Head Physician of the Department of Public Health of the Pre&scaron;ov University of Pre&scaron;ov and the J.A. Reiman Teaching Hospital and Policlinic of Pre&scaron;ov. In the year 2009, he was appointed to an associate professorship (docent) in the discipline of surgery. He is a knowledgeable specialist in the field of urology and uro-oncology. Within the framework of his medical practice, he attends patients with urological malignancies and urological cancers and treatment urogynecology, laser surgery treatment in urology and endourology. </div>

M&aacute;rk P&eacute;ter Moln&aacute;r is a research leader at the Institute of Management of the Corvinus University of Budapest, where he recently finalized his PhD thesis on managing patients&rsquo; adherence to medicinal treatment, especially on the economic effectiveness of therapy management programmes. Within his academic role he lectures pharmaceutical and medical device reimbursement, health care management and health care financing, co-edited a comprehensive textbook on pharmaceutical reimbursement, is a regular speaker at conferences and has had several publications in Hungarian and international journals.
As partner of Ideas &amp; Solutions, an advisory firm offering strategic consultancy services to pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, with special focus on middle-income countries, he is also engaged in several consulting projects. As consultant his current focuses are:

He graduated from Semmelweis University of Budapest and University of West Hungary in 2005 with degrees in medical science and economics, respectively.
From 2005 to 2006, he worked as health economist at the Hungarian Office for Health Technology Assessment. Between 2006 and 2010, he headed the Department of Reimbursement at the Hungarian National Health Insurance Fund, where he was responsible for the reimbursement system for drugs, nutritions, and later also medical devices. The team he headed between 2006 and 2010 led the Hungarian drug reimbursement system through a radical change, resulting in more efficient, transparent and stable operations. In 2007, the Minister of Health awarded him with Batthy&aacute;ny-Strattmann L&aacute;szl&oacute; award for these efforts. For his prominent work in the field of social security, he earned Szent Krist&oacute;f Plaquette in 2008.
In 2010 M&aacute;rk founded the Hungarian Association for Communication in Healthcare, he is still the president of the organization.
In 2010 M&aacute;rk founded a company based on his own idea named PraxisPlatform which later became a joint venture with the Hungarian subsidiary of the Deutsche Telekom Group. PraxisPlatform offered patient communication and therapy management services to 200.000 patients. In 2014 the leading Hungarian pharmaceutical wholesaler bought the company. PraxisPlatform was able to improve patient adherence significantly based on scientific studies.

Grzegorz has been active in the public relations business for over 20 years. He is considered to be one of the most experienced PR practitioners in Poland with a unique in-house corporate relations experience. He is an expert in the field of corporate and crisis communication.
In 2008-2012 he acted as Corporate Affairs director and spokesman of Grupa Żywiec, a leading Polish brewer and one of the biggest FMCG companies in Poland (member of the Heineken Group of companies).
In 2003-2007 he held a post of Corporate Relations Director of Bank Pekao SA., a leading bank in Poland. N&oacute;ra P&aacute;ll is senior health economist at Ideas &amp; Solutions. She joined the team in 2013 and is currently involved in projects related to health economics analyses, decision modelling and the development of evidence-based market access strategies. She is also responsible for leading projects and international partnerships across Central and Eastern Europe, most of which are related to market access landscaping and reimbursement / funding policies.
